Description

Anton Rubinstein was an important Russian composer and pianist in his time (teacher of the great Tschaikowsky, among others), but today he has fallen into oblivion. Only one of his first compositions has acquired world fame: his Melody in F, opus 3, no.1

“Feramors” is an unknown opera by Rubinstein. In it, a wedding procession is musically supported by this march; so here we have a wedding march, obviously in a moderate tempo.
